Yasmeen Shields is a force in the art of intentional connection.
A visionary entrepreneur, 40 Under 40 awardee, and curator of elevated experiences, Yasmeen built her career around one powerful idea: women deserve more than access; they deserve alignment.
She first rose to prominence as the founder of Yasmeen’s Sassy Wreaths, a creative lifestyle brand that transformed DIY gatherings into empowering spaces for women. Her signature blend of style and substance earned her features in both Modern Luxury DC and Northern Virginia Magazine, and led to her selection as a 40 Under 40 honoree for her entrepreneurial and community impact.
Today, as the Founder and CEO of The Legacy League, Yasmeen brings two decades of experience hosting sold-out brunches, philanthropic salons, women’s dinners, and mentorship circles. Through this private membership alliance, she curates rooms where legacy, leadership, and luxury intersect, offering women more than just networking. She offers them belonging.
Drawing from her background in communications, nonprofit leadership, and her current role as Director at the Loudoun Chamber, Yasmeen continues to shape spaces that inspire and elevate.
